The death occurred peacefully, at the Beach Grove Home, Charlottetown, on Saturday, July 13, 2019, of Alvina Campbell (nee Easter), wife of the late Neil Campbell, formerly of Darlington, aged 106. Alvina was the mother of Errol (Gail), Blair (Shirley) and Roger (Nicole); grandmother of Robin (Lori) and Cindy (Scott); Jeff (Theresa); Christopher (Courtney) and Patricia (Mike); grandmother-in-law of Jeanie Campbell; and great-grandmother of seven. She is also survived by her brother, Leith Easter (Christie); and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her husband Neil, she was predeceased by her parents, Edison and Sadie (Mitchell) Easter; grandsons, Tony, Kevin and Paul Campbell; brothers, Harold (Kaye), Sheldon (Gertie) and Lorne Easter (Betty Ann); and sister, Reta Ling (Leonard). Resting at Central Queens United Church, Hunter River for visitation on Friday, July 19, 2019 from 6 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Central Queens United Church, on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. Interment in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Valley.
