The Splash Pad on the Wood Islands Hill opened Friday. The project, approximately four years in the making, was enjoyed by more than a dozen kids that afternoon including 7-year-old Drake James Gamble, left, and his brother John David Gamble. A grand opening of the park will be held by Three Rivers at a later date when the name of the park will be announced.
