Beloved husband of Guelda (MacPherson) and father of Wendy Chappell (Rodney) and Kevin Kelly. Grandfather of Riley and Kaiden Chappell. Brother of Gerry Kelly (Maureen), ON; Eugene Kelly (Winnie), ON; Brian Kelly (Marie), North Wiltshire; Colin Kelly (Anne), ON; Virginia Ellis (Allan), AB. Brother-in-law of Robert and Velda MacLeod. Predeceased by Earl and Mary Kelly (parents), Daniel and Helen MacPherson (father and mother-in-law), Janet and Lloyd Gallant (sister and brother-in-law).
