If you receive a phone call stating ‘Your name has been selected from a survey and you have won a First-aid kit if we visit you to sell water equipment.’ This is a ploy as there was never a survey, it’s only to get into your home where a visit can last several hours.

Before committing to a ‘deal’ you should do some research, including with the Better Business Bureau. Prices being quoted and charges are unrealistic.
